As Im sure the vast majority of you will have noticed already, FurBase has been updated! What has changed?

• Database Design - Improved the design, increasing managability for admins
  
• New Framework - It should now be much easier to incorporate other improvements & suggestions!
  
• Moderation Ability - To allow Moderators easy access to remove improper content
  
• Standards Compliance - It should now work the same in IE, FireFox & Opera, as well as all the other browsers!
  
• Looks - you gotta admit, it looks better

The vast majority goes on behind the scenes I guess, but we're headed in the right direction!

I'd like to hear your comments! let me know what you think of it, any ideas for improvements or requests for features Failing that, just say hi! It's been so long since i was here last, there are so many new people I've yet to meet!

One thing I've noticed: There doesn't seem to be any way anymore to see linked chars. Am I just not spotting it, or has that been taken down deliberately, or...?

(other than that, looks spiffy)

It's not just you. The another user came to me noticing the Alias function doesnt seem to be working! I verified it myself.
Also a reported quirk of after submitting a character, a 404 error is generated.

Any thoughts? o.o

Hi guys!

Im still here and im still trying to get these things sorted! I've not had a problem generating new characters or the like, so if you're still haveing these issues, please give me a PM

As for the Alias thing, its not purposefully missing... ! it works on my development copy, but for some reason, when its uploaded to the server (and nothing changes) it suddenly breaks. I'm still looking into it!

I LOVE Fubase's current design and ease of use. I just recently used it to add a couple characters, and was very happy to see how two characters now get linked to one account.

I like how you can switch from viewing one character's info to another with one click, it's much easier that way. Before you had to look at one character, click on the letter the next character's name started with, then click on the character once you've found it. With this setup, you just have to do one click per character.

Kudos to the creator of furbase!

Currently experiencing a new issue with Furbase. I removed an alt's image with intent to replace it with an updated image. While all other editing worked fine, I was unable to upload a new image, and the error instructed me to contact a member of the admin team. Thus, this formalized request for help.

Okay I tryed logging onto furbase w/ my new password and I still can't update my charater info =P

I type in my name & password and nothing happens.

It doesn't say I logged in or anything.

But now there's two entries for me.

Please delete the old entry.
