Could this new rule against trying to be nice to people or offer actual advice when its asked for be made more clear so it's easier to remember please because I wasn't aware of it until I got bitched at today for both.

From my understanding. You offered advice that someone already knew, when they said they already knew, you flipped out. That's what it looks like to me. So it's either miscommunication or overreacting.

There are however rules on over reacting and causing drama, which is what you are doing, you've had long term bans before, get a clue!!
